We offer a 30 days warranty return policy if you do not see slower and finer hair growth within the period. The product must be returned as a full bottle within 30 days.

We offer a 30 days return policy should you have a change of mind. Please ensure item is intact and no damages. Our product refund policy does not apply to any damaged product caused by mishandling and abuse.

Pink Parlour will send a refund approval email and within 45-60 days from the date of approval Pink Parlour will refund it via internet banking, minus 10% of administrative charge.

PACKAGE REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Packages(s) that has been purchased at Pink Parlour may be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund process will not be continue under several circumstances as follows: the closure of the outlet or the change of therapist.

Example A: Refund on package priced below $500

$388 – $ 50 administrative charge = $338 amount to be refunded
Refund On Alpha Underarm, Priced $388 With 1 Session Utilized
$388 – $80 (original published price) – $50 administrative charge = $258 amount to be refunded
Example B: Refund on package priced above $501
Refund On Brazilian Wax 10 + 3, Priced $580 With No Session Utilized
$580- 10% administrative charge, $58 = $522 amount to be refunded
Refund On Brazilian Wax 10 + 3, Priced $580 With 1 Session Utilized
$580 – $58 (original published price) – 10% administrative charge, $58 = $464 amount to be refunded
CONVERSION POLICY
Pink Parlour prepaid packages purchased can be converted to a Mix and Match credits, minus an administrative charge of $50 or 10% of package price, whichever is higher at any time.
These credits can be used to offset any other treatments from the treatment menu at a la carte price. However, the credits cannot be used to offset any retail product. The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding GST minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.
PACKAGES
Pink Parlour packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchased unless otherwise stated.
All packages bought at Pink Parlour can be shared with one other person at any one time except all alpha light packages.
Strictly no sharing is allow for all nails & alpha light membership program.
PACKAGES EXTENSION
There are 2 options available:
You can extend with a minimum charge of $20 Nett for 3 months or $30 Nett for 6 months instore or online.
This will only effective if the package has not passed 1 year its expiry date.
We reserve the right to reject any promotional package extension and will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of package extension. Note: You can only do one time extension, and this is all effective from 15th Sep 2018.
Membership
We may offer refund only if you do not get to enjoy a minimum of 2 treatments during the 1st month window. We do not offer refund for all the previous month payment made should you choose to request for a refund after 2 months or more period of the membership. Refund will be granted on the latest 1 month charged only if you have not redeem any of the treatments within that window.
